Scott Dickson, M.D., attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1994. He then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and received his medical degree in 1998.
Dr. Elaine Gillespie
Elaine Gillespie, M. D. attended Arkansas State University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and graduated with a medical degree in 1990. She completed her internship and residency at the UAMS Northeast Family Medicine Residency Program in June 1993.
Dr. William Hurst
William Hurst, D.O., graduated from Kansas City College of Osteopathy in 1988, and competed his internship at Charles Still Osteopathic Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo. in 1989. His residency was completed at UAMS Northeast in 1992.
Dr. Scott Laffoon
Scott Laffoon, M.D. graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in zoology. He graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with his doctorate in medicine. He completed his family practice residency at UAMS Northeast.
Dr. Darrell Ragland
Dr. Ragland graduated from University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1981. He then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and received his medical degree in 1985. Dr. Ragland completed his internship and residency training at the UAMS Northeast Family Medicine Residency Program in 1988. He then joined the faculty at UAMS Northeast.
Dr. Jeanne Catherine Ross
Catie Ross, M.D., graduated from Lyon College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She attended University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and earned her M.D. in 2014. She received her training in Family Medicine and Preventive Care at UAMS AHEC NE in Jonesboro. She enjoys the broad variety of patient care involved in the practice of family medicine, especially obstetrics, pediatrics, and preventive medicine. She loves spending time with her husband and children
Dr. Joe Stallings
Dr. Stallings joined UAMS Northeast in 1982 and was the Family Medicine Residency Director from that time until July 2009 and he continues as a full time faculty member. He serves as the Craighead County Health Officer and has received numerous awards. Dr. Stallings is active in the Arkansas AFP, the American AFP, Arkansas Medical Society and the AMA.
